We regularly work with:
Leadership teams
Remote and hybrid teams
Growth-stage companies
Newly formed teams

Experiences are designed around your team’s ability and comfort level.
Most days involve moderate walking at a conversational pace. We provide clear guidance in advance, and can adapt routes or build in pace options where needed.
No one is left behind. But as per our MERA Method, there will be some form of challenge in the day, in order to drive individual and collective growth.
-
We plan for weather as part of the design process.
All routes are assessed in advance, and alternative options are built into every experience. In some cases, light rain can actually enhance the shared challenge and sense of reset — but safety and comfort always come first.
Contingency plans are prepared so the day runs smoothly regardless of conditions.
-
Experiences are led by qualified mountain leaders with up-to-date first aid training.
We conduct full risk assessments and can provide RAMS documentation if required. Group sizes and terrain are carefully considered to ensure appropriate supervision and support.
Safety is embedded into the design — not added as an afterthought.
-
We provide a clear kit list in advance, tailored to the location and season.
Typically this includes:
Comfortable walking shoes
Weather-appropriate layers
Water bottle
Small day pack
An overnight change (if on Roots or Summit)
We aim to keep it simple and accessible.
-
Very little.
We take care of every detail:
Clear itineraries
Timeline guidance
Travel
Pre-event participant comms templates (if helpful)
We work directly with EAs or People teams to make coordination straightforward.

Yes.
Our method stays consistent: movement, reflection and integration. But the emphasis shifts depending on your team’s priorities (e.g. leadership alignment, remote connection, growth moment, reset).

We offer experiences across the UK and selected European locations.
Each setting is chosen for its proximity to raw and secluded nature, world class venues and the ability to create meaningful space away from the everyday environment.
-
For peak seasons (spring - early autumn), we recommend booking at least 12 weeks in advance.
We can occasionally accommodate shorter timelines depending on location and group size.
